I’ve mostly lived in cities, but times are definitely changing.” Welcome to Pleasant View Lake at False River, a twenty-seven acre residential lake community, our newest and greatest deviation from the fast paced blur of daily life. In our lives of deadlines, traffic congestion, and high stress, it’s so nice to have a home away from home, a second home, or a primary residence where one can regularly renew one’s spirit and gain relaxation for one’s soul.
Pleasant View Lake is a 50-lot community built on the grounds of Pleasant View Plantation, a 200 year old plantation in Oscar, Louisiana, on the banks of False River, just 10 minutes from New Roads and 20 minutes from Baton Rouge. Pleasant View Lake is a community of tasteful architectural design just a stone’s throw from False River, one of Louisiana’s largest, most enjoyable recreational lakes. |
